Reading people's stories can really help in understanding what it can be like to experience a mental illness or to care for someone who is unwell.

We are currently working on this section of the website and would like to hear from people who would like to share their experiences.

In the meantime, as part of the BBC Headroom campaign, Video Nation explores inspiring ways to cope with life’s challenges.

In the  feature below you will find individual sections on subjects from Anger Management to Alcohol.
