Refresh – A Campaign to Improve Health & Wellbeing (in Blackburn & Darwen)

Refresh has been created for the people of Blackburn with Darwen to improve their health & wellbeing. Refresh aims to bring to the forefront of people’s minds, the importance of exercise and healthy living, alongside an awareness of general health issues.

Refresh gives the people of Blackburn with Darwen the opportunity to access FREE leisure facilities, health advice, dietary advice and much more.
