Football
The football group, made up of staff and service users, meets weekly for a kick about and is usually indoors 5-A-side, dependant on turn out.
Players of all abilities are welcome to get involved.
The group usually meets every Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
Transport can usually be provided free of charge.

"At first it was a big thing for me to go outside and meet anyone new. It took months for me to pluck up the courage to go and play football with other service users - eventually I did and although it took a while for me to really enjoy it, the other lads made me feel welcome from day one. I now try and go every week and it's really helped boost my confidence and fitness".
