The Family & Friends Group

 

As part of the Lancashire Early Intervention Service commitment to support and assist young people and their parents / carers, the service will be providing a monthly family and friends group.

Currently this is available to those parents / carers / friends who have contact with the EIS team covering North Lancashire team (including Blackpool, Wyre, Fylde, Lancaster and Morecambe areas) and the EIS team covering Central Lancashire team (including Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Ormskirk and Skelmersdale areas).

We are hoping to offer this to parents / carers / friends from East Lancashire in the near future.

The family and friends group will last for around two hours and will consist of a talk by a specialist speaker followed by opportunities for questions and time to speak with other parents / carers.

Please note that this group is for families and carers only and not service users.

Do not worry if you cannot attend at every session, you are welcome to attend any of the dates on the 2009 programme as you wish. We look forward to seeing you.
